Please note that software, firmware expansions, and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or activated.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the RMA label clearly on the exterior and ship the unit via a tracked and insured carrier to our service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
